We have been developing news websites and blogs for the past 20 years. We’ve redesigned large websites for newspapers with high circulations, middle size magazines, and journalists starting new blogs and websites. In addition to the projects below, we’ve worked for Science magazine and other publications.
We recently migrated the three online newspapers from Drupal to WordPress and set up a new design and improved functionality. The Source websites get around 80,000-90,000 unique visitors per month, 6 Million page requests per year, and around 1.05 Million unique visitors a year.
We’ve provided website development and 24/7 support & maintenance since 2009.
In 2017, we created a news / blog website for Mark Hand, a veteran journalist in the energy industry.
In 2013, Bread and Roses developed a new website for this prominent health news website. HIVandHepatitis.com publishes daily news on new research in the fields of HIV, Hepatitis, and related diseases. They frequently report from conferences held around the world, so special sections on conferences was a big priority. We migrated an older version of the website to Joomla, a content management system like WordPress and Drupal.
